Spicy Octopus Salad

- 1 – 2 Octopus tentacles
- 1 cucumber (sliced thin)
- 2 scallions (sliced thin)
- 1 clove garlic (smashed)
- 1 scotch bonnet pepper (sliced thin)
- 2 limes (juice)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
Put the octopus tentacles in a small pot and boil until a fork goes in with minimal pressure.
Simmer for a while then slice the octopus very thinly.
Cut the cucumber, bonnet pepper and scallions into small pieces or slices.
In medium bowl combine the slices of octopus, cucumber,scallions, and toss all together.
Add salt, black pepper, garlic, lime juice (a combination of 1 lime and 1 lemon works great together
Mix all together, chill in a refrigerator for 10-15 mins and ready to serve.
