Tropical Sangria

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 750 ml white wine
  • ½ cup white rum
  • 1 to 2 cups passion fruit juice
  • 500 g tropical fruit like guava, paw paw pineapple, mango, kiwi fruit, strawberries,
    oranges cut into large chunks.
  • 1 to 2 cups guava juice

Method:

  • Place all the fruit ingredients together in a large jug.
  • Pour the rum over the fruit and then add in the wine and juices.
  • Let stand in a fridge for overnight before serving.
  • Serve cold.
