Guinness Carrot and Rum Cocktail

Ingredients:
- 12 Medium Carrots.
- 2 Can condensed milk.
- 6 Cups cold water.
- 1 Bottle Guinness Stout.
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- Rum .
Direction:
- Wash and peel carrots and then diced into small pieces.
- Add Carrots to blender with enough water to cover the carrots.
- Strain carrots through a strainer, separate juice from trash.
- In a pitcher add carrot juice, condensed milk, Guinness Stout,
1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg. - Mix well and serve with ice.
