Guinness Carrot and Rum Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 12 Medium Carrots.
  • 2 Can condensed milk.
  • 6 Cups cold water.
  • 1 Bottle Guinness Stout.
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  • Rum .

Direction:

  • Wash and peel carrots and then diced into small pieces.
  • Add Carrots to blender with enough water to cover the carrots.
  • Strain carrots through a strainer, separate juice from trash.
  • In a pitcher add carrot juice, condensed milk, Guinness Stout,
    1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg.
  • Mix well and serve with ice.
